My Journey
Rashaad R. Randall is an independent technology consultant and practicing CTO in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, offering fractional CTO consulting, website development with managed hosting, and AI engineering.
With over a decade in technology leadership and 12+ years of professional engineering experience, I have had the privilege of working with organizations ranging from innovative startups to established enterprises. My journey began as a developer, where I discovered my passion for building automated solutions to simplify complex business challenges.
As my career progressed, I was increasingly drawn to leadership roles. I realized that the greatest impact comes not only from writing code, but also from empowering teams to do their best work and designing systems that can scale both technically and organizationally.
Today I consult independently while practicing as CTO at Click Here Digital — the same strategic technology decisions, team development, and innovation-friendly environments, applied to my clients' hardest problems.
